• The welding equipment is equipped with a servo motor to drive the spindle to totate workpiece.

• The welding torch is positioned and welded by the up and down servo and rotary servo motors.

• Using PLC to control the whole operation. CNC system is used to control rotation of machine head. Servo motor is driven by AC servo driver.

• The mobile tailstock accurately clamps and positions the workpiece. By synchronous movement or precise positioning with the main spindle, it ensures that the workpiece remains stable during the welding process and maintains the best relative position with the welding gun, thereby effectively ensuring welding concentricity, reducing welding deformation, and adapting to the processing requirements of workpieces of different lengths. It is an important guarantee for achieving efficient and high-precision automated welding.

• The support frame accurately and stably supports and positions the nozzle workpiece to be welded. It ensures the correct relative position between the workpiece and the welding gun through precise mechanical design, thus realizing welding operations with complex spatial trajectories.
